Today we are thankful for an SRO who will travel to any distance with students; cheer for them in competition; and help them start the wave in a crowded stadium.



Today we are thankful for our staff and faculty who spend time outside of school hours volunteering. This Ready, Set, Read event is just one example of how Rams give back to our community!





At 12pm today there will be 300 Thanksgiving meals handed out to those in need at Labor Park. See the flyer below for more information. Thankful for our giving community.

It was a CLEAN SWEEP today for our PJHS and PHS Dance Teams! Junior High received 1st in Jazz, 1st in Hip Hop and 1st in Pom. Senior High received 1st in Jazz, 1st in Hip Hop and 1st in Pom. But that's not all, folks! The Junior High dancers were the Grand Champions in Pom and they received the Showmanship and Technique awards for Pom! The Senior High dancers were awarded Excellent Execution and Creative Choreography awards for Hip Hop!
Again, that's not all - that was just TODAY. Last weekend Junior High placed 1st in Hip Hop and Pom and 3rd in Jazz. Your Senior High team received 1st in Jazz, Hip Hop and Pom! Natalie Horner placed 1st in Solos; Aubree Mangrum tied for 1st in Hip Hop Tricks; Zoey Graves placed 2nd in Jumps and Leaps; and Olivia Ellis placed 2nd in Turns! That's a lot to be proud of - CONGRATULATIONS to our Dance Teams!




Please see the attached flyer if you are interested in a COVID vaccine. The Greene County Health Department has a clinic going on NOW until 12pm. They also have extended walk in hours (8am - 6pm) Monday through Wednesday (11/8/21 - 11/11/21) if that better serves you. They are offering all types including the pediatric vaccine (5 - 11 years of age).


It's Bell Week which means we are facing off against our crosstown rivals Friday night under the lights. We will be live streaming our PEP RALLY at 1:30pm on Friday 11/5/21

PJHS Parents and Students: Red Ribbon Week starts Monday !!!


Friday, October 29th will be school picture retake day at PJHS. This is for 7th and 8th grade students. Please note that students are not to bring any money with them on picture day. All purchases of photos will be ordered and paid for online by the student/ parent. After they are purchased the photos will be mailed directly to your home.



Attention parents: report cards will be sent home with students on Monday, October 25th. If you do not receive these, feel free to contact the school at 870-240-2261, or you may access grades through your student’s HAC account. If you need to conference with a teacher you may email the teacher to communicate. PJHS teachers are available daily during their conference period.

Congratulations to the PJHS dance team. They placed 1st in Pom, and 2nd place in Jazz and Hip Hop this weekend at the Spa City Dance Competition.


Congratulations to our Jr. Lady Rams on their great season! They finished 14-12-2 on the season (9-7 in conference), 2 Gold Bracket appearances in both tournaments, 3rd seed for the district tournament, and District Tournament Runner-Up!!!


PJHS/PHS car riders: Be advised of LIMITED PARKING Monday 10/18/21 at PHS due to the Region Marching Assessment. Plan to arrive earlier than normal to avoid frustration. Overflow parking will be located at 10Fitness. Senior Night/Volleyball overflow parking will be behind PJHS.
