Hope everyone had a great spring break considering all the things going on. Don’t forget our feeding program starts back up tomorrow with lunch and breakfast in a grab and go bag. Due to Governor Hutchinson's announcement that all schools will be closed until April 17, OGMS boys basketball tryouts scheduled for April 6, 7, 13, and 14, and OGMS girls basketball tryouts scheduled for April 13 and 14 will be postponed until further notice.
Don’t forget we are feeding the kids today! Come on out to any of these locations to pick up some breakfast and lunch for any student ages 1-18.

No school tomorrow. Paragould School District will be off in observance of Presidents Day. Enjoy the day off and we will see everyone on Tuesday.
OGMS wishes everyone Happy Valentines Day on Friday. However, OGMS will only accept deliveries between 1-2 pm. Students can not take large balloons or glass vases on buses. OGMS is not responsible for lost or damaged orders. Please refrain from sending deliveries to the school.
Just a reminder that 5th Grade Muffins with Moms is TOMORROW morning from 7:30 am to 8:00 am. Come join us for a muffin, coffee, and time with your kiddo! 6th Grade Muffins with Moms is Friday. Shop the book fair while you're here!
ALL STUDENTS ARE FINE. A note was investigated at Oak Grove Middle School and taken care of by the administration at the school. The school is not on lockdown. All students are fine and are in class as normal.
After school tutoring at OGMS is cancelled. Kids that typically ride buses home on Friday will be riding buses home today.
OGMS archers competed in the regional archery tournament today held in Cave City. This is something near and dear to my heart and I love the fact that we have students that try this new sport every year. They were all successful today because they competed. Way to go OGMS Archers! OGMS 6th grade students had a great time today getting close and personal with an American alligator. Our SRO Officer Pace got real close. ARKANSAS game and Fish did a fantastic job talking about Arkansas wildlife and showing students some furs. Only the BEST at OGMS!
