For the last month, 4th grade has been studying animal adaptations, habitats, and food chains. This is their culminating project. They had to choose an animal, illustrate the animal in its habitat, and name and describe the animal and the biome it lives in. They had to illustrate a food chain involving the animal, label all parts of the food chain and tell whether their animal was a herbivore, carnivore, or omnivore.
