PJHS recently received a donation of venison snack sticks for their backpack program from Arkansas Hunters Feeding the Hungry. This outstanding organization received a grant from the Greene County Community Foundation to make these donations possible.

Today we are thankful for students learning to use an Atlas and the globe and for an Assistant Principal who takes time out of his day to work one-on-one with a student on math homework.

We began a new tradition this year. Senior athletes are choosing the teacher who made the most impact on their life and presenting them with an invitation to join them at Senior Night and a t-shirt with their name on the back. Today we are thankful for new traditions and for our faculty who truly does MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Today we are thankful for students teaching students; Behaviors are Marvelous (BAM) events that celebrate exceptional behavior; and students who are thankful to our community helpers.

Today we are thankful for students who are able to get hands on learning in our science classes and labs.

Today we are thankful for an SRO who will travel to any distance with students; cheer for them in competition; and help them start the wave in a crowded stadium.

The next few hours we are going to highlight some of our scientists in training that we are thankful for! Our Rams learned about germination, magnetic force, bats, and how to calculate constant speed. That's exciting stuff! Post 3 of 6

Today we are thankful for our staff and faculty who spend time outside of school hours volunteering. This Ready, Set, Read event is just one example of how Rams give back to our community!

We are continuing to post pictures of students and faculty from the first few months of school that hadn't made it on social media yet.
Pictured here are 4 new staff members of the PSD. We sure are thankful for all of our Rams!
